Cappuccino Granita from Atkins' Kitchen

You can turn this into a creamy dessert if you pour on a bit of cold heavy cream.
Ingredients
2 scoops (1/2 cup) Atkins Cappuccino Shake Mix *
2 cups water
Directions
1. Blend shake mix and water in a shaker or blender. Pour into a 9" x 13" pan; freeze 45 minutes.Run a fork through mixture to break it up; freeze 45 minutes more; repeat process.
2. Freeze 2 to 3 hours until completely frozen. To serve, scrape mixture with a fork into icy flakes; spoon into serving glasses.
