Chappaqua Crunch Granola
Chappaqua Crunch Granolas have a unique and satisfying taste. They are fresh and made with only the finest natural ingredients like fiber and protein rich organically grown rolled oats. They are lightly sweetened and roasted to a satisyfing crunch with natural flavors from real fruit and nuts.
In addition to being irresistibly delicious, Chappaqua Crunch Granolas provide long lasting energy in the form of complex carbohydrates, containing over 20 grams of whole grains and three grams of fiber per serving. Studies have shown that including oats in your diet on a regular basis can lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Diets rich in whole grain foods and other plant foods, and low in total fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease and some cancers.
What we put in is as important as what we leave out. You will never find
• trans fats
• artificial flavors
• high fructose corn syrup or other corn sweeteners
• genetically modified ingredients
We do not use wheat in our granola or our baking facility. The possibility exists that oats can be contaminated with other grains during harvest, transport or milling. We have our granola tested several times a year for gliadin, a component of gluten. The last test was conducted in May, 2009 and was negative at the 20 ppm level.
