12 ounces crab claw meat
1 large eggs
1/2 cup Duke's Mayonnaise*
1 stalk celery,minced
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic,minced
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning*
1/2 cup low carb bread crumbs
1/4 cup almond flour*
1/2 tsp Konjac Powder*

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Then slightly oil a frying pan. Put a spoonfull of crab mixture in pan. With a spoon flatten it out and make into a round shape. Cook til lightly brown.
