6 Fiber Rich crackers (Broken into coarse crumbs)
1/4 Cup Toasted Unsweetened Coconut
1/4 Cup Coarsely Chopped Toasted Almonds
1/4 Cup Pecans
Dash of Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients. Keep in airtight container.
Makes approximately Three 1/2 cup servings
Each serving has approximately 2 effective grams of carbohydrates
Serve with your choice of Half & Half or Heavy Cream depending on the amount of carbs you want to add.
