PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 cup Skippy Naturals peanut butter*
1 cup Splenda or other low calorie sweetener*
1 teaspoon Singing Dog vanilla*
Preheat oven to 350.
1. Mix together and roll into balls. On lightly greased
cookie sheets, place balls about two inches apart.
2. Flatten the balls with a fork dipped in Splenda.
3. Bake until set.
NOTES: These cookies are more like shortbread in texture, but are a good
treat when the crave hits.
