24-4 oz Pork Chops
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
6 cups Bordeaux, Hunter, Peppercorn or
Madeira
1/2 tsp. Onions (diced)
2 tbsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
Directions:
Season Pork Chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Grill Pork Chops
approximately 4 minutes per side. Heat and simmer sauce of the day. Serve 2/4
oz Chops with Hot Sauce (2 oz.). (Yields: 12 portions)
