Hot Artichoke Dip
1 can drained artichoke hearts
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup Duke's Sugar Free Mayo
1/4 cup chopped onion

Blend all ingredients in food processor. Bake in small casserole dish at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with pork rinds or Plain Good crackers Serves 8.
