International Shipping Information

Shipping Costs

International shipping costs are based on the destination country, the size and weight of the package. You will be notified by email as to the amount of shipping prior to shipment and you will have the opportunity to approve the charges or cancel the order. If you have paid for your order through Pay Pal, we will send you an invoice through Pay Pal asking for payment of your shipping charges. Please allow 72 hours for us to contact you.

Duties and Taxes

Recipients of international orders are responsible for local import duties and taxes, if any. Low Carb Connoisseur has no control over these fees, so if you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. We declare the total value of items purchased (excluding shipping costs) for customs purposes. Please note that we do not calculate or estimate these local charges and that they can be significant in relation to the value of your order.

The shipping charges you pay to Low Carb Connoisseur do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Low Carb Connoisseur and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

Delivery Delays

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order.

PLEASE NOTE that we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery caused by bad weather, carrier error, customs or administrative clearances or other causes beyond our control and do not refund shipping charges in case of such delays.

Delivery Times

We cannot make any guarantees on your specific delivery. Postal services around the world vary greatly and sometimes seem to be subject to the whims of local officials. The US Postal Service does not offer insurance to some destinations, and we are sorry to say that we can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returned or Refused Shipments

If orders are returned to us for undeliverable addresses, customs issues or for non-delivery (customer refused delivery or failed to pick up package), we will refund for undamaged product only less a 20% restocking fee, and any applicable postage, delivery or customs fees incurred by us.

Tracking Information

No tracking information is available for orders shipped through USPS. If you require tracking information for your order, please contact us by email and request UPS International shipping. UPS International shipping is generally more expensive than USPS shipping.
