1 1/2 cup Sauce Bordeaux
1 1/2 cup Sugar Free Italian Dressing
1/2 cup Worcestershire
3 cups Buckhead Gourmet Sauce(Bordeaux, Hunter,
Peppercorn or Madeira) to taste
Seasonings To Taste
Directions:
Mix Sauce Bordeaux, Worcestershire, Italian Dressing and seasonings for
marinade. Marinate London Broil 12-24 hours (suggested). Prepare hot grill. Cook
meat to desired temperature. Heat and simmer sauce (flavor of the day). Slice
meat thinly. Portion out 3-4 ounces per serving. Serve 2 ounces of hot sauce over
meat. (Yields: 12 portions) |
