Chili Cheese Dip

Chili Cheese Dip

1/2 Cup diced canned tomatoes, drained
8 oz ground beef, cooked and drained
12 slices American Cheese
1 Tb. ground cumin
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 Tb. black Pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3 Tb. heavy cream

Just combine ingredients and heat and stir until melted and smooth. Wonderful for parties, serve in a crock pot.

Serve with low carb crackers, raw vegetables, pork rinds, low carb chips, etc.

Approx nive 1/2 cup servings, each: 186 cal, 13 g fat, 4 g carb, 12 g protein
