Reuben Sandwich
Substitute sauerkraut for coleslaw and French for Russian dressing as you desire.

8 slices Carb Kruncher's Rye or Marble Bread *
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup coleslaw
12 slices corned beef, about 1/2 pound
4 slices Jarlsburg cheese, about 1/4 pound
2 tablespoons Walden Farms *Russian dressing*

1. Butter each slice of bread.
2. For each sandwich: On unbuttered side of bread spread 2 tablespoons coleslaw, 3 slices corned beef, 1 slice cheese and 1 1/2 teaspoons dressing. Place second slice of bread, butter side up, on dressing. Repeat to make total of 4 sandwiches.
3. On griddle, cook sandwiches, tented with foil, 6 minutes, turning once, until toasted golden. Serve hot.
