Return Policy:
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, please do the following:

* Please send us an email to obtain Return Merchandise Approval
* In your email please note reason for return
* Include original packing slip with your return parcel
* Wrap merchandise in its original packing
* Prepay postage and insurance, and mail to:

Note: Shipping & handling fees cannot be refunded. You will receive a prompt refund when we safely receive the merchandise.

Packages, or products that are refused, returned without prior approval or mis-addressed will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Under no circumstances will shipping costs be refunded.

Shipping Information:
Please note that perishable items need to arrive in one to two days. From April 1 through October 15, only perishable items shipped by UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2 Day Air will be guaranteed--no exceptions! This includes all breads/bakery items, protein and snack bars chocolates, candy, marshmallows and such.

Our breads, bagels and brownies go in and out of stock often. We will ship your order as soon as all of your items are in stock. Please email us if you need to make special shipping arrangements. (Additional charges may apply.)

Shipping Charges are determined by total weight of the order, destination zip code and speed of delivery desired. You may view your shipping options before your final checkout.

Our orders usually ship within 3 - 4 business days after all order processing is completed. Back-ordered items will be shipped once items are available. We will send tracking information for UPS shipments if an e-mail address is provided. No tracking information will be available if shipping through USPS.

We recycle all boxes and shipping materials we receive and so your order will not arrive in a fancy box.

* Please note: Shipping time does not factor in order processing time and packaging/handling time.
* USPS business days are Monday through Saturday.
* Orders to APO or FPO (military mail) must use USPS.
* UPS business days are Monday through Friday. Tracking numbers are available for all UPS orders.
* UPS does not deliver to Post Office (PO) Boxes.

Transit time does not include the day the order is placed, nor does it include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

We will charge you a $15 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction
